Show organizers of the Atlanta International Area Rug Market, set for Jan. 7-10 at the AmericasMart complex in Atlanta, are seeking entries for the America's Magnificent Carpet Awards. AIming to honor the best new area rugs, the contest is open to manufacturers and importers. Exhibitors of the Atlanta Rug Market can enter up to two rugs in categories including handmade, power-loomed, antique and contemporary.

Area rug entries will be displayed in the Museum of Introductions (MOI) during the market, in Building 1, Floor 4, 4-B-1. Winners will be announced at a special ceremony on Saturday evening, Jan. 9, 2010, at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis.
