828 International Trading Co. said it will return to the High Point Market in High Point, N.C., Oct. 16-21. After an absence of several years, John Shepherd, 828’s president, made the decision to return to High Point with a temporary space in the Suites at Market Square.

“Over the past few years we’ve increased our focus on furniture retailers as a significant channel of distribution. With High Point Market being the largest furnishings industry trade show in the world, it made good strategic sense to realign ourselves with this market,” Shepherd noted.

828 International's space is located in the new rug gallery on the top floor of the Suites at Market Square - number 1-716. The company plans to showcase its 2010 introductions and displays, as well as existing machine-made and handmade collections.
