Arm & Hammer and CCA Global Partners have jointly developed a carpet cushion system that is designed to absorb and eliminate stains and odors from above and below carpet. The cushion contains sodium bicarbonate and its spill-proof laminate surface prevents moisture from saturating the cushion and damaging the subfloor, the companies say.

The new system will be available exclusively at Carpet One, Flooring America and other retailers affiliated with CCA Global Partners in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Guam.
