Flooring makers spruce up websites with sales, ‘green’ tools

A range of companies including Tate Access Floors, Amorim, GranitiFiandre, Couristan, and Balta Group recently revamped their websites with new tools and updated product information. Here is a roundup of the additions to the newly enhanced websites.

Tate redesigned its website at www.tateaccessfloors.com with a streamlined home page, more prominent placement of “green” building tools and resources, and an enhanced online portfolio of project profiles.

Amorim’s AcoustiCORK Products revamped its website at www.acousticorkusa.com with a complete range of product information and supporting materials for the full AcoustiCORK line. The products’ potential LEED credits are also highlighted.

GranitiFiandre has launched www.gflegacyofgreen.com, a website designed to offer a look at the company’s ‘green” philosophy, environmental efforts as well as guide customers through the process of “understanding and purchasing sustainable surface materials.”

Couristan has upgraded its www.couristan.com site with new sales features and product content. A highlight is the addition of a section showcasing the company’s complete range of merchandising display fixtures.


Balta Group's updated website includes a Trend Corner highlight recent trends among the company's product groups.
Balta Group noted that its website at www.baltagroup.com features “improved user-friendliness, greater speed and a fresh look.” The site also includes a Trend Corner, which outlines new trends in the company’s different product groups.
